indoor garden

We live and breathe all things plants because we believe connecting with nature is the best way to connect with ourselves as humans. Cheyenne’s background in social work, managing foster homes, and behavioral health for troubled teens gave her a unique perspective on the healing power of the earth. Combined with Molly’s studies in acupuncture and integrative medicine, we create a dynamic duo passionate about helping people ground and heal through nature. When words aren’t enough, plants are there to listen.

Our mission is to establish the San Francisco Bay Area’s first therapeutic indoor garden that serves traumatized children, youth, and young adults. The idea for this dream sprouted from our own experiences using horticultural therapy to heal from personal trauma combined with the current youth mental health crisis in the United States. We strive to create a space where people of all walks of life can come to connect with nature, learn about plant care, and experience the healing power of the earth firsthand.

Community Giveback

Every month, we donate our time, services, and knowledge to educate a select community or organization on how plants can help start the healing process. Our hope is to bring horticultural therapy to as many people as possible and help create a more compassionate world, one plant at a time.
