Refund and Return Policy
If any plant care questions or concerns come up, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at 925-385-0613, or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help assist in plant care.
We do not accept refunds for plants purchased in store. Hard items including pots and accessories can be returned for store credit.
Please note items that are shipped must be reported to 2 Girls One Plant within 24 hours of plant’s arrival date noted by USPS tracking estimated date of arrival.
Please email us or call us at 925-385-0613 and let us know what item you are returning, and the reason for the return, condition of the product, and if you want a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Please note items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty. This includes weather damage, box damage, wrong address, and not bringing the plant inside within a reasonable timeframe after arrival. If the weather is cold at the destination you are sending the plant, it is the customer’s responsibility to purchase a heat pack and to note the weather conditions in the comments at checkout.
When you return an item for a refund it takes 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned product until we process the refund. All refunds will credited for store credit. A code will be sent to your email. We appreciate your continued support and willingness to let us try again!
We do not accept order cancellations once they have been packaged for shipping. If an order is canceled before the item is shipped, it may be eligible for a refund.
